Reusable Hot/Cold Pack

The Reusable Hot/Cold Pack which comes with a protective sleeve offers two types of therapy :

* firstly as a flexible ice pack to be used within the first 48 hours of sustaining an injury for the relief of pain and swelling from bumps and bruises. It is stored in the freezer ready for use.
* secondly as a soothing hot pack to bring relief from muscle aches and pains. It can be heated straight from the freezer in a microwave.

Both Reusable Hot/Cold and the Instant Ice Packs are available in retail packaging or unboxed in bulk
